Rendell brings a unique perspective through hard work as he climbed through the ladders starting as a filing clerk, a paralegal, law clerk, and a hearing representative in Workers' Compensation, providing progressive experiences in all different fields for nearly 19 years under an esteemed and extremely experienced attorney. Rendell found his passion to become an attorney himself to continue that journey in providing help to those who feel voiceless. This hands-on experience has been important in developing insights into the legal process and the details of personal injury law. The foundation in civil matters and personal injury law as both a paralegal and attorney has given Rendell a deep understanding of the intricacies of these fields from the very start to the finish.
